Instructions

  1. Mix 1 egg, 1 serving protein powder, milk, and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Then stir vigorously until well combined.
  2. Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely.
  3. Heat up a larger skillet over medium high.
  4. Spray skillet with cooking grease.
  5. Add bread to the skillet and cook for 2 mins on one slide. Flip and cook for another minute, then repeat this process until all the bread is cooked.
  6. Top with syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
