Instructions

  1. Whisk together flaxseed and non-dairy milk in a medium sized bowl. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes until flaxseed has thickened.
  2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt into flaxseed and milk mixture, mix until combined.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip slices of bread into mixture to cover the sides but not soak the bread. Place dipped bread into skillet and let cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
