Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the oats and toast them for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  2. Add the salt and cinnamon. Remove the pan from heat and carefully pour in the water, covering immediately. Give the pan a swirl and allow to sit for 7 minutes.
  3. Top oats with nut butter of choice and banana or berries (optional).
