Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, protein powder, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the soy milk in slowly while mixing, until the batter is just mixed enough to be pourable, but still lumpy.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-low heat. If the pan is not non-stick, you will need to add some cooking spray.
  4. Scoop the batter into the pan in the pancake size of your choice. Let them cook for a couple of minutes until they begin to bubble and look firm on the bottom, and then flip and cook for another minute or two.
  5. Serve with maple syrup, or whatever other toppings you like.
